Monitoring and Issue Resolution
  • Monitoring EDI message or transport/connectivity failures.
  • Reviewing failed messages.
    1. Reprocessing where appropriate.
    2. Contacting the business when required (e.g. No stock for product requested by edi).
    3. Adding new rules to reduce failures.
    4. Adding code list translations.
  • Liaising with your trading partners on transport/connectivity issues.

How to get Started

This is how we get you started:

  • Step 1

    Tell us who you want to connect with i.e. your trading partners.

  • Step 2

    Determine the integration method (EDI/API) and the message standards and systems to be used - we can find this out for you if needed (we have an extensive library of EDI standards).

  • Step 3

    Find out your connectivity details, how we will connect to your system and your partners system, this might be via VAN, FTP, API - again we can find this out for you if needed.

  • Step 4

    We then complete testing to ensure a robust service and that everything works, then you’re ready to have your integration up and running!
