Crossfire works with a range of industry standards and third-party applications. It can quickly be configured to work with any system, either through direct connections via system APIs or EDI interfaces.
APIs are a way to connect internal systems and with your business partners. Essentially, they allow access with certain restrictions to a business system in order for information to be pushed and pulled from each system.
APIs allow real-time response and validation of data. The API for each system is different and therefore integration with each system requires development. Crossfire already has a number of built-in integrations with popular systems using their API, but we can create new API's that will work with the unique system you use.
For most businesses, an EDI implementation provides the same business benefit as an API implementation.
